La Quinta Inn & Suites Mobile I-65-Airport Boulevard.

Check in lady was super sweet. Upon check out the front desk or "manager" as she called herself pounded on my door like swat team to get out. She said I couldn't do a late checkout. Said absolutely nothing to me departing but just had a nasty look on her face. I called and asked when I could see my deposit back and Caitlin said 5 days then hung up. I called back and said I wasn't done with asking questions and said it was rude she hung up. I asked who her manager was and she told me to call Wyndham corporate and she doesn't have to explain anything to me. Sorry she hates her life so much but maybe don't be in a guest facing position if you can't handle your emotions. I want my money back. The service is awful need better staff. This morning trying to get the free breakfast that they offer. This lady ran up to me asking do I have a room here. When I told her yes she asked three more time so then I show here the room key that was not good enough. I lost my appetite. I feel so embarrassed because I was in a line with other people. Feel racially profile.. would not recommend this to anyone. Then the manager thought it was funny and laughed in my face. So I told him I would call home office then he stop talking to me…

Our room was nice and a/c was good and cold. But the best part was Alyssa! She was so sweet and so nice! She went above and beyond for us. She brought us a remote for our tv, a hairdryer, and extra blankets. Just love her!!

The room all in all was great not going to lie. I tried using Netflix and prime that didn't work I told the front desk and they said they would connect my tv to there internet and no one came. The room is small tho but it's okay. So after 3 nights in the hotel I come out of work at 5pm and my room has its entire a.c unit ripped out for cleaning which is good but man did i just wanna come home and shower. I had to wait 2 hours for the guy to service it. Definitely inconvenient for the hotel doing this at night. It's already pricey then the one washer and dryer room, the dryer had a missing door. So I couldn't wash clothes. The front desk guy who works nights was definitely no help at all like he didn't even care or knw what's going on. I'm not sure if im coming back here to be honest too mu

Reserved two rooms and issues pertain to both. The rooms had mold on the furniture and walls. The bed sheets had stains. Rooms smelled like urine. Furniture was ripped. Walls stains. Rust on lamps. Left the hotel within 5 minutes after checking in. Absolutely disgusting.
