La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita Falls - MSU Area

Close to amenities. The hotel grounds could've used some cleaning, there were leaves and a dirty towel on the staircase floor by the exit door. Hotel was comfortable, quiet, with basic breakfast. I was disappointed to find the fitness room treadmill wasn't working. Room could use a little maintenance though (rusty vent and rusty shower door frame in bathroom, chips around window frame, small holes in window screen). I needed a notepad/pen but couldn't find one in room, TV channels were very limited. Outside parking could've used more/better lighting, I felt a little apprehensive leaving my car, but it was fine the next morning. Hotel clerk and employees were friendly. Reasonable price for 1 night stay.

Positive: Enjoyed our stay, and having coffee available 24/7. Negative: Couldn't get a printout of the receipt, and noticed a mystery $25 charge from my account.

Everything was excellent. Service, cleanliness, decor, bed and pillows, amenities, shower and breakfast. I did notice the lobby was a little warm but we didn’t stay there and was not an issue. The gentleman at the desk was professional and thoughtful. The sausage at breakfast was tender and juicy. Thank you La Quinta.

The staff are very nice, accommodating and on time with transportation. Rooms are a bit out dated but spacious however this hotel is dog friendly and the lobby area and rooms smell of dog. (no offense, im a doggie lover) I was here with three other co workers and they said the same thing. Also, I did see my co worker dumping a cockroach out of their suit case that was laying on their 2nd bed. Gym was spacious, equipment a little out dated, the treadmill and elliptical wasnt working. The breakfast was decent and coffee was good.

Stayed 10-15-25 in rm 211. Full size fridge and microwave is a super +. -$100 for the stay. Clean, no bugs and though it was near the elevator, decently quiet. WiFi and AC worked well. Firm mattress and decent pillows. TV channels are lacking but that’s not an issue for me. The vending and snacks didn’t have an up charge to them. I thought that was nice. The fitness room had more than enough to get a hotel workout in. Good stay. If it were priced the same next time, this would be the spot to stay. Managers and front desk were helpful and easy to work with.
