Gilbert, the Front Desk Manager, was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like true VIPs. He checked us in smoothly and took the time to share amazing recommendations on what to do and where to go. His energy was warm, friendly, and genuinely personable — he truly delivered the full diamond member experience. The property itself is gorgeous. Everything feels welcoming and well cared for. Breakfast was a highlight — the French toast and sausage were chef’s kiss good! Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to the day. Now let’s talk about the room — immaculate. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh items that were well prepared and nicely presented. Everything tasted great and it was a perfect way to start the day. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We (my mother, 88, my aunt, 85, and myself, 62) had to travel to Sulphur for a funeral recently and we chose this hotel mainly because it was pet friendly. The staff was absolutely awesome. Laura, who checked us in and out, was very friendly. And Dustin helped us three old ladies getting our luggage to our car when we left. We were so exhausted so his help was tremendous to us. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. My mother and aunt thought the breakfast was very good and had a good selection. We have family in the area and we will definitely stay here when we come to Sulphur again.

The hotel had a very nice, clean, fresh appearance to it. It was very nice, very clean, and very neat. First time that I have encountered a walk-in shower with the sliding doors, LOVED it. The staff were very polite and professional. No issues at all. After we have checked out and before we have left the location, we discovered that I have forgotten to get the rain jackets. The staff gave us a key card to get the jackets with no issues. They were great. Will book again in the near future!!!!!

I really like the location, It’s easy on and off the Interstate. The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are all very friendly and eager to help in any way they can. Katie was my housekeeper and she always goes above and beyond to clean and replace everything. She is so friendly and sweet. My experience with the Hotel has been nothing short of incredible.
