Excellent customer service. Fun perks like board games, complementary dinner and cookies, and delicious breakfast spread. The rooms are spacious and clean. This was our third year in a row staying here because we love it so much!

I would stay here anytime I was in this part of Louisiana. Clean, safe, lovely hotel with lovely guest service personnel. The only complaint I had was I was afraid what nearby rooms would say about Me. See, the TVs in each newly renovated room are also brand new. And the volume is pre-set ON NINETY-NINE!!! So every time one turns off the tv, and later turns it back on, one has to be armed and ready with the remote to quickly turn that sucker DOWN! I sincerely thought the neighboring rooms would be hating me late at night or early AM! And, as a former "cable gal" believe me, I tried and failed to adjust that setting.....

From the time I checked in to the time I left it was a very easy hotel stay. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner for your hair and soap, shampoo and lotion for your hands. It has an iron it has a microwave. It has an iron it , has a microwave. It has a refrigerator freezer combination. The freshest smelling sheets and blankets with very fluffy pillows. The breakfast in the morning is a hot breakfast with eggs, sausage or bacon biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffles and then a combination of cereal if you wanted it. The supper at night is from a local caterer. Great hotel, great staff.

I have stayed here several times from June-Oct 2025; they're pet-friendly, with a low pet fee (used to be free but now only $30), offer spacious and tidy rooms, beds are comfy and I like having the mini fridge. They are always within my $150 a night company policy. They also have great customer service and fun perks for staying: front desk folks always friendly and accommodating; they gave me a dog pet gift; there is a complimentary meal mon-weds with cookies; an automated espresso drink machine; and even movie nights in the lobby. However, I've stayed in 4 different rooms, and they all smell moldly and/or like someone has been smoking in them. I asked to switch rooms last time and even the new room smelled moldy, just slightly less than the previous one and I was too tired to ask to move
