La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pigeon Forge

Be careful, I unknowingly book through a third party. I was misinformed about the pet policy and they neglected to mention the motel had construction happening during our stay. They also incorrectly wrote down my phone number. The staff however was amazing, everyone was super friendly and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. In my opinion they went above and beyond! From the first interaction, notably I was taking our dog out to go potty and was offered an umbrella and when I mentioned I needed something, the front desk agent directed me to the grocery which was very close. The location is great, close to many restaurants and activities! We are usually campers, but will be adding this motel into our rotation, can’t wait to come back and will make sure we book directly next time!

Staff was so kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom soaps, shampoo, conditioner was nice. There is a nice restaurant, recommended by front desk, within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were clean. Great location for the Island too.

We stayed for the weekend to do some shopping. The staff happily gave us joining rooms so we could be close to family that was also staying. Super clean facility, The pool and hot tub were clean and open 24 hours! Nice fire pit area outside to sit and enjoy the cold weather. Very close to many places to eat and things to do. The breakfast was good, the normal offerings of biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, muffins, cereal, waffles. Very pet friendly too! We will be back.

Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace were nice and relaxing. Negative: The elevator was slow and the noise from the cars on the strip was loud but it was rod run so I guess that can't be helped.

Excellent stay here, my husband and I stayed for a week. We were very comfortable and very satisfied. It was quiet and the breakfast was appetizing. Coffee was great. Overall I will definitely come back here again. Only one thing, the bed could be more comfortable, but everything else was great
