La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pharr North McAllen

Because this hotel is relatively new there has been little wear and tear on the facility making for a pleasant and generally trouble free stay. However,some areas of improvement up for discussion should be: 1. Very low water pressure availability in our fourth floor room shower that was like trying to wash in a tepid mist 2.our stay that was hindered by the noise from the after hours facility cleaning of a nearby carwash business that interrupted quiet time until around 11 pm 3. the advertised hot tub that was not available for use during our stay If those points aren't annoying then check in confidently to a 4.5⭐stay. If they do matter then a lower expectation below 4 may be appropriate 🙂

This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. I can't compliment it enough. The woman at check in was so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and had pretty decor. Esp the bathroom. The room also had a little fridge and microwave. Much appreciated. Ice machine conveniently located. And the bed! The most comfortable bed, pillows, covers ever. I slept so well. Excellent room darkening blinds. Quiet. Restful. Seriously. This place is awesome. Kudos to the entire staff.

Check in was quick and great, even after my door didn’t work they quickly got me into another room. Everything was clean, smelled clean. Took me half an hour to figure out how to change the tv to English but that’s on me. Breakfast was good the next AM and checkout was a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: convenient location, clean, nice staff, better than expected breakfast options Negative: It's a bit confusing that there are 2 different La Quinta hotels in almost the exact same location.

I have been staying in this hotel off and on and I can only say that by far this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff treat you really nice always with a good attitude always willing to help with any questions you might have. I love their breakfast especially the salsa tastes amazing the tortillas always warm and the waffles are my favorite. Front desk always welcoming you with a great smiling and great gratitude. I have no complaints The rooms were amazing. The front desk introduced me to the New GM as she was checking out she was friendly and very helpful. I really recommend this place I give it a 5 Star!
