La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orange County Airport

I had such a great stay here! Check-in was smooth, the staff was incredibly kind, and Leslie at the front desk (along with her manager AK) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They explained check-in/check-out times, breakfast, and housekeeping clearly, which made the whole experience very easy and welcoming. The hotel was clean throughout, and our room was spotless and comfortable. The internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. For the price, the value is honestly excellent. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, and it really feels like some people expect luxury-resort amenities at budget-friendly prices. For what this hotel charges, the service, cleanliness, and overall experience are genuinely impressive and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast

recently stayed at a La Quinta location and, unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment I arrived, the property looked neglected and run down. The exterior was poorly maintained, with peeling paint and unkempt landscaping that set a bad first impression. Inside, things only got worse. The hallways smelled musty, the carpets were heavily stained, and the walls showed signs of wear and dirt.||My room was equally disappointing. The furniture was outdated and scratched, the bed linens didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom left much to be desired. There was visible mold around the shower tiles, rust on the fixtures, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. Even basic amenities like towels felt worn and thin. I

FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ON ALL PLATFORMS WHERE THE HOTEL OFFERS ROOM RESERVATIONS, THE PROPERTY INFORMATION STATES THAT THERE IS AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE, BUT IT IS NOT CLEAR WHICH AIRPORT. And the shuttle is only from John Lane Airport. Even after informing the reception that this was not clear in the descriptions, it was confirmed to me that they do not specify. Other observations: the TV in front of the bed was not working; I requested maintenance, but it still has no signal and has cabling problems. The coffee maker was very dirty, with insect remains inside. There is no spa in this hotel, something that is also in the property descriptions. I had a great stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orange County Airport. The front desk staff were very accommodating and welcoming throughout my stay. Breakfast was good and well-organized. I also want to commend the Manager for doing a phenomenal job with staffing and for graciously accommodating my early check-in & late check-out request.
