La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moscow Pullman

We stayed here over the weekend hoping for a quiet relaxing staycation with our kids. The hotel was full with swimmers and the pool was busy! The staff did an amazing job keeping up with the breakfast, ensuring that the pool was stocked with towels and housekeeping made sure that we had everything we needed. We will stay again and will bring our pups with us too.

Beda are fim but comfortable. Staff is nice. Coffee is terrible. It would be nice if the room keys worked 100%, but they only worked 50% of the time. Also when I asked for clean towels they brought them, then changed the beds, but didn't empty the trash cans that were pretty much full. Odd! Only 1 hook in the bathroom. No towel bars at all. A shlf to the right of the vanity would be nice too.

Positive: It was extremely clean. The breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was spacious. Negative: The beds were very firm and not very comfortable.

Is it a La Quinta trait to provide the worst lighting of any hotel room in existence? 4 lamps in one room and still not even enough light to dim the screen of my phone! Even the bathroom felt like it ran on low battery-operated first edition led bulbs. The window locked but the safety latch to secure it from opening further than allowed was broken and had I not locked it upon arrival, the whole town could've climbed inside while I slept. But the staff was exceptionally nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the TV let's you sign into your streaming channels while also allowing you the opportunity to insert your departure date/time to auto-delete your information. The fridge is bigger than a mini fridge which was nice since I bring a cooler full of drinks and snacks while on business

Amazing hospitality and customer service! The pool and hot tub were clean and the plants provided a warm and cozy feeling. Will come again! Bonus points for this very thoughtful gesture! We told them I’d be in town for a special occasion and they made me a heart shaped towel. So sweet!
