FairBridge Inn & Suites - Moscow/Pullman

I have stayed at this hotel more than once. It’s never been great, but in the past it met our needs when other rooms in Moscow were unavailable. I travel to Moscow frequently for work and have children in school there, so I know the area well. Our most recent stay at the Fairbridge was appalling and I am considering a formal complaint to the BBB and the City of Moscow. The room reeked so strongly of vomit and cigarettes that I gagged throughout the night. When we mentioned it to staff, we were told it didn’t matter and were refused a room change. Cancelling the second night resulted in rude treatment and dismissal of our concerns. At over $250 a night during a busy weekend, we ultimately forfeited the second night and returned home early, missing important family events. The smell clung

I came with my family to this hotel and as soon as I checked in, the lobby and hallway was filled with the smell of Marijuana. I had my infant and toddler with me as well and that is unacceptable. The rooms are run down and the entire hotel needs a renovation. Instead of re-painting the outside invested into upgrading your rooms and fire the potheads smoking in there. UNACCEPTABLE.

We stayed or I guess attempted to stay here for the University of Idaho homecoming game. About 30 minutes into our stay I noticed bed bugs. We immediately left and notified the front desk worker, who was very understanding. Thankfully we realized and took all the precautions needed to not transfer it to our home. The management should take this seriously and ensure a much cleaner environment.

Positive: I had a problem with my reservation, and the ladies behind the counter went over and above the situation to make sure that I had a room to stay in, at a lower price. I can't say enough about their kindness. I would recommend the FairBridge Inn and Suites. Negative: ""

As soon as you stepped into lobby, hallway and room you get hit with a strong smell of marijuana causing our clothes to smell like it too. Non family friendly as my children couldn’t stand the smell. Staff seemed to be under the use of marijuana since the women’s eyes were red. This hotel should be shut down entirely. Not safe.
