Positive: It was very nice, clean and comfortable and all amenities worked. Negative: Price - it was high for similar places elsewhere. Likely due to its captive market.

Fantastic staff. Rooms are always wonderful. Location is great. Plenty of options for eating and shopping. Breakfast is really good. Again the hospitality is wonderful!

I really enjoyed interacting with the staff—they were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, I found the pricing to be very fair, especially when there isn't a major event like a football game happening. Unfortunately, my experience was hampered by cleanliness issues in the room. The room had a lingering body odor smell, and the shower curtain was visibly soiled with what looked like dried boogers. This needs immediate attention, but based on the service and general value, this property has the potential to be excellent once the housekeeping standards are resolved.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions, and I'm always happy with my stay. The rooms are quite, and the service is exceptional. They always have kind staff who love to help you. The food is definitely not restaurant style, but is quite yummy 😋 Also, it's close proximity to town makes it a easy walk to coffee. Moscow is such a beautiful place, and this hotel is one of its gems. I urge y'all to stay here!!
