La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Milwaukee Bayshore Area

It’s so dirty. I have never seen a hotel so gross. It reminds me of one of cheap motels like hideaway but this is à la Quinta. It should be better. I don’t think they have any cleaning staff so the owners and their family are supposed to be cleaning the rooms but they don’t. It hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks there was still food in the microwave. The walls had sticky stuff all over them ( all of the walls and the light switches too) the heating and cooling unit was so disgusting that was what finally made me leave and go somewhere else. Of course no refund. Just awful! Also I had booked through a 3rd party the jacuzzi suite and they would not honor the reservation. They gave me the king suite. I should probably be glad. I can only imagine what the floors in there are like 🤢

My husband and my experience at this hotel was awful. The only good thing about Room 304 (2 double beds and sitting room) was fairly comfortable beds. The rest of the room was a shambles and inadequately supplied/maintained. The remains of decor for a party in the sitting room had not been removed from the walls, nor had the rug been vacuumed. The fridge in the kitchenette did not work properly because shelves weren't installed correctly and the door wouldn't close all the way. The only wastebasket was here - none in the bathroom, which had sparse toiletries (no tissues) and black mold-like edges around the tub. We also had to request hand towels and the front desk seemed surprised we'd even want them. The ironing board was unusable because it didn't have a cover. My bed's coverlet was bad

Positive: Nothing the hotel was in a nice area but was nasty and disgusting Negative: Refund me my money I spent because my stay was terrible the rooms was nasty , blood on the bed sheets , hair on the fridge blood on the wall ac was broke breakfast was cold ice machine was broke smelled like urine on 3rd floor I have pictures for proof

The hotel is definitely showing its age, stained carpets, broken tiles, etc. The room was Ok, but again showing its age. The desk staff members were pleasant and helpful ... always a smile when talking with them. Breakfast was good, and the dining area was probably the nicest space we saw in the hotel. Overall an acceptable experience, but definitely not up to the standards we've seen at most LaQuinta locations.

Got a room here the heat do not heat up this room. I literally had to go get a space heater. It got stains on the couch that I am not sitting on the room smell I had to light a candle From Bath & body, in side the drawers i’m nasty. They’re not clean it look like some type of dead insects in the drawer. The walls can use some painting. The bathroom above the tub is a little bit mildew the little bitty refrigerator look like it has bugs in it dead bugs I don’t know about the coffee machine I don’t drink coffee. I wish I can get my money back and go somewhere else. I’d never come back to this place again, I would never recommend this hotel to no one. The chair that goes up under the desk is Ragley. it don’t deserve a star, but I guess I’m gonna have to put one star just to leave my review
