Hampton Inn by Hilton Glendale Milwaukee

We were greeted with a friendly smile by Michelle Humphries. We did not remember the night managers name but she was very professional as well. The hotel was very clean. Free hot breakfast was great. The room was a great value. Lots of toiletries. Access to every place we needed to go to was great.

Quick and easy check in using the Hilton App, plenty of parking and near many dining options. Decent rooms and bathrooms with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Great value for money. Paid just over a hundred bucks for a Monday night stay.

Positive: It was clean they had fresh coffee when you first walked in they gave you free breakfast. It was a pretty good selection of breakfast. The rooms were very cozy big bathrooms, and it had your own thermometer for heat or air conditioner. Negative: They charged me the floor rental for both rooms and I told them that I had paid for it already, but they were insisting that I was gonna get it right back the next day if everything pans out and it took me 3 days after checkout for it to come back on card

This is a nice hotel in a good location. Not far from downtown and has plenty of free parking! That's a huge reason I chose this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in good shape and clean. The rooms were in good shape and clean as well. I was here for two weeks and on the weekends it was pretty full, but the noise level in my room was low. This was a huge benefit to me as I was here on business. The only negative was the lock on the laundry facility didn't usually work, so you had to rely on the front desk attendant to let you in. Which they did both times I needed to do laundry, they were really great about it. I definitely recommend this property for stay!

Our room was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was good. Our room had a few issues, so the manager gave us a discount. We've stayed here many times and will definitely come back.
