Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Milwaukee North

This hotel offers basic accommodations. Room was clean though almost no amenities in the bathroom. The nighttime front desk lady was rude and did not know the first thing about hospitality. We told her the room had no heat and she gave us a very nasty attitude. The daytime front desk clerk (Amenia) was pleasant and welcoming. We won’t stay here next time we come to visit family who live nearby.

The hotel was decent. Room was reasonably clean, although the previous guest's coffee pod was still in the machine. ||Breakfast was amazing though, and made even better by Wanda. She was super polite, genuinely helpful, and c just a delight. That was a great way to start the day!

Positive: The wonderful staff member that was on when we checked in after 9:00 p.m. And she was there again the next morning. She's a great asset to your organization Negative: There were definitely problems with breakfast on Saturday morning June 7th and the staff did the best they could to put it out there. There was definitely some breakdown in equipment.

I called before I booked and asked about a crib or pack n play for my baby and they said they have. I then checked in around 430 pm and asked for one and they said they will get one for me. I left a little after 5pm for an event and came back around 11pm and asked if it was brought to my room they said no but can bring shortly. After waiting 20 min and no one bringing one I went back to the front desk and they said we gave it away and we do not have anymore. So now not only does my baby not have a place to sleep they did not even have the decency to come tell me and would have left me waiting for hours. I have stayed here many times before but do not think I will be returning.

They closed due to flood damage, and did not let me or any of the MULTIPLE GUESTS I HAD BOOKED FOR MY WEDDING know. We had to scramble to find another place for them to stay during the chaotic time right before a wedding. And they were closed for a month... plenty of time to let us know. 0/10 do not recommend. There's a Hampton and a Residence Inn nearby that took my wedding guests, I recommend either of those hotels instead!
