La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Glenwood Springs

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I interacted with Joanie at night, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming. She made us feel taken care of and was so pleasant to talk to after a long day. It’s always refreshing to be greeted by someone who genuinely enjoys helping guests. Joanie really made a positive impression, and we appreciate her hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying here! We requested a early check-in because we were already in Glenwood and they were able to accommodate. We appreciated the snacks to buy as we were hungry. We had a beautiful mountain view. Everyone was very helpful and nice. There was no hot water in the shower - only warm but it didn't bother my daughter. Swimming was fun! Breakfast was good! We walked to the hot springs very easily. Overall very happy with our stay and would return!

DO NOT STAY HERE WHATEVER YOU DO. I REPEAT PLEASE DONT DO IT, even if you are desperate. This place was paid for and after a long drive they decided to NOT let us check in because it was 3am even thought it says 24 hour check in- and we had to sleep in the car overnight. then the next day they got the manager to come and dsaid they CAN NOT give us a room until after check in time which was 3pm.... Even though we were there for willing to pay for an entire night but only just sleeping a few hours. They were really rude and horrible. We called the booking agent and they were also appalled and said the hotel is in the wrong. Horrible.

Positive: Plenty of parking. Negative: Yes, leftDo not disturb sign on door checkout wasn't till eleven. It was barely ten o'clock because I couldn't sleep.The night before and the maid is banging.Like the police on my door... what's the point of a do not disturb. Rude and unprofessional...

I had a great stay at this hotel and can’t say enough good things about the experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall vibe was welcoming and relaxing. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the manager, Angel. She was absolutely fantastic—friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in how smoothly the hotel is run. Any questions or needs were handled quickly and with a smile. Because of Angel and the excellent service, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay.
