We stayed at this location for a night & it was truly the best for the last kind of experience. I was dreading staying here looking at all the bad reviews posted on Google but our experience was the surprisingly pleasant! The rooms appeared to be recently renovated. Extremely clean and comfortable! The property is for long time guests and has on site washer dryer facility, a basic gym and the reception desk has all the basic last minute things you might end up needing like Pepto! They had complimentary breakfast and we were expecting nothing but bad coffee and some donuts, again we were surprised! The selection was great, ranging from eggs, bacon, waffles and decent options for vegetarians like us ranging from bagels/bread, cereals, fruits, yogurt and fresh juices! A huge shoutout to the

If I could rate this location based on staff and customer service alone, I would give it more than 5 stars. The staff was so welcoming and personable. They were always so helpful and greeted everyone with a smile. The lobby was nice and looked to be remodeled. Too bad once we went up the elevator, the floors with rooms told a different story. They were much older in appearance and dated. With the flooring of the room not being carpet, I expected the floors to be clean. Nope. I had accidentally spilled a bit of water on the floor and when I wiped it up, the floor was filthy. The shower was scalding hot and at the coolest, it got to hot. I didn't mind it but the others in my family were not a fan. Oddly, our other family members were in another room and their water was only cold and nev

The hotel is centrally located. I was on vacation with my family and staying here gave us quick access to a lot to do. Most attractions we were interested in were within 20 minutes of the hotel. The hotel is average cost, breakfast is included which provides some good options. The appearance of the hotel is presentable and clean.

Such an amazing place to stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be staying here again. Even let the one lovely staff know she looked like the singers. Tiffany from the 80's. Will miss them.

Positive: They remodeled very nicely but. 4th floor hallway was so hot! Full of heat. But rooms have ac. Nicely. Negative: Breakfast good. Time changed 6-9 am my opinion should be 6-10 am . Staff lady pushed people out of room at 9:00 people wasn’t finished eating. Completed RUDE ! Let us enjoy the rest of the kick out on time at 9 am. Respect peoples comfortable !
