La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cullman

Nice and clean. Friendly staff, check in was good. Easy check out. The only negatives really were the lack of any options to watch something on tv. Don’t plan on enjoying down time in the room if you want to watch tv. Very basic cable package. No option for smart tv login to your own streaming. The pull out couch is not an option, may as well been lying on a cardboard box it was so think and flimsy.

The location for this hotel to our volleyball tournament venue was great. They even changed their breakfast time for us so we could eat earlier since we had to be at the tournament really early so that was very much appreciated. Check in and checking out was made easy by doing a lot of the process online prior to arrival and departure so it was simple. We will definitely stay at La Quinta if we come visit again.

This was my first stay at LaQuinta Cullman but I would stay again and will recommend it to colleagues. This facility is CLEAN! The staff I encountered were all friendly, but especially April who cared for us and kept the breakfast area well stocked and fresh! My shower was like a spa, with clean, fluffy towels and all the necessities handy. My bed was a little hard (but may be perfect for others) but the linens were fresh and clean! The floors were clean! (Always something I look at and consider in these reviews) And the seating area in the room was roomy and comfortable. Bonus: the parking area is well lit! (We arrived after sunset) Thanks to Peggy and the management team for an exceptional place to rest during our journey!

Peggy Dulz General Manager is absolutely amazing, always smiling and shows she enjoys her job. Excellent customer service. All staff was attentive. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff went out of their way to ensure comfort.

The staff members were friendly, informative and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of food. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. We had a lovely stay there!
