Best Western Fairwinds Inn

Very basic motel style lodging. Room was simple but clean and it was quiet at night. Strong smell of pot made us change rooms initially. Breakfast was missing basics like orange juice and black pepper.

Positive: "" Negative: there was construction around the dining area that was not cleaned up very well and the breakfast was not as good as at other best westerns that i have been to,

The room was clean, so there is no complaints about cleanliness, but the mattresses were extremely soft and well used, so they were very uncomfortable. Pillowcase linens that should have been white were off white, and pillows were in poor shape. Breakfast was from 6am on. We arrived at 610 and food in warmers were refrigerator cold.

We pulled up and immediately didn’t feel safe. The parking is very dark. The office and breakfast are very small and dark. People hang out outside all hours of the night. You hear loud music, people banging on doors. The rooms are dingy and not clean. I have never felt unsafe in a hotel until staying here. Comfort across the street is way nicer and around the same price. We won’t stay here again.

Rooms smelled of very strong cleaning solution. Doors hard to open, room outdated except for floors and bathroom seemed cleaned. The young lady at the desk was very helpful when my sheets needed to be changed. Breakfast was not good. This motel needs some TLC.
