La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Central Point - Medford

Could hear everything from my room , from the workers talking outside at 10 pm to them remodeling a wall at 7:30 am. No respect for quite hours. Rooms are nice looking but with such thin walls it doesn’t matter. No one is ever at the front desk you have to wait for them to walk by and get their attention. The breakfast is alright hot food tastes bland and bad but anything cold is alright. I’ve stayed here 2 separate times for an extended length and had the issues both times.

It's not a bad place, especially for the price. The rooms were decent, but a little run down (marks on the wall, repairs done poorly, etc), but it was also being remodeled while I was there. The breakfast was better than a simple Continental, but still not very high quality. Quality. There was coffee the first day, but then the coffee pot broke and no effort was made to make up for it. It seemed as if it was short-staffed. I had to wait 5 to 10 minutes at the front desk before being able to see someone every time I needed to do so because they were always off doing something else.

Booked this hotel for convenience the night before a volleyball tournament Terrible decision .!! It felt off the second I walked thru the door. When I got to our room, I would have turned around and left if it weren't for my car being dead. The sides of the beds were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I'd never seen anything like it. There were also employees screaming at eachother in a room right near the lobby, which made us feel very unsafe. Tried to get ahold of someone the next day about the issue and was told they couldn't do anything because I booked third party. 0\10 would not recommend.

Hotel is a bit rough but ok. Needs a good deep clean. Appears family owned and are either doing renos themselves or hiring the cheapest workers. On outside noticed electrical to lone bulb that was not even close to code. Whoever painted my bathroom was either drunk or half blind...check out my pictures.

There is a lot of room for improvement. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. Sleeping accommodation was a high point. Comfortable bed. Some of the ancillary comfort items did not work. The customer service text that was prompted by the front desk was ignored. The subsequent call to the front desk was ignored as well. It was a place to lay your head. Nothing more.
