This park is in a very nice and isolated area thats quite peaceful. Management has been making large strides since arriving at the park. Trees have been taken out, gravel has been brought in and when theres an issue and its brought to Davids attention he applies himself to getting it taken care of in a timely manner!
Wonderful, quiet, clean little community. David is an exceptional host. I really enjoy living here and feel safe. David always has a kind word and a helping hand offer. Any obstacles are always resolved quickly with clear communication. I’m very happy to be a part of the community.
David was a great manager. Paper work and communication was perfectly delivered. Was in and out fast. Less than 24 hours and was all set. Helped set RV do to my knee being out. Highly recommended
Nestled between Central Point and Gold Hill, this beautiful park is surrounded by rolling hills, gorgeous trees, and a peaceful, quiet setting. On-site management is dedicated to making positive improvements, and the friendly, welcoming neighbors create a true sense of community. A lovely place to call home!
Rose and David are awesome. I started off communicating with Rise about the Ashland/Talent location to park my home. Her professionalism and kindness and friendliness makes you want to live by her. I then found out about the Central point Park and that they had spaces available . Less costs for my trailer to be moved and closer to work. That is when I met David at the Central Point Park. The same goes for David. Professional Kindness and friendliness. Awesome team.
