Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medford-Central Point by IHG

Very clean and comfortable. The rooms are larger than most motel rooms. The bed was very comfortable Breakfast was ok but enough to start your day. There was even a small coffee bar in the room with a sink. Location was close to the airport.

Great motel with the rooms being very comfortable. The room was very functional with everything you need. Breakfast was better than other Holiday Inns I have stayed at recently. Only complaint would be the shower and toilet from neighboring room was loud.

Located near truck stop so that can be loud and an inconveinance. Overall noise level except for semi trucks was quiet, comfy bed, roomy bathroom, TV would shut itself off occasionally. Plenty of parking. Laundry was a plus and fairly quiet and got items clean & dry (bring quarters!). Breakfast was standard items, would appreciate hard boiled eggs as the scrambled are not my favorite. Spa/pool was decent, but floor around pool/spa was dirty tile and visibly would smear with your foot, needs a good cleaning and was the dirtiest I've ever seen. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall seemed safe in parking lot/surrounding area.

Well I had previously stayed at this property, however I rebooted in October 2025 for the handicap room. 10 or so days prior to my intended arrival, I was forced to cancel due to my kids were required to work for the State jobs. I was told that was not a problem by the reservation people. After not hearing from the hotel, I followed up and was told there would not be a refund coming because they had no record of a timely cancelation. I protested but they never offered a satisfactory solution. So the solution for me is to never use Holiday inn again. I hope they think it is worth it. Regretfully, S.R. Hellenthal

I checked in on the afternoon of 9/12 and the women who checked us in was wonderful and welcoming!! We were visiting from outside of town amd wanted to have family members come to swim with us. We had a wonderful time. We left an item in the room and when I called the front desk knew exactly where it was. It was a larger item so I didn't mind paying for shipping. A day later it arrived at home. While this isn't a brand new hotel it was clean and welcoming. We will be back!!
