La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque West

This is a beautiful place a couple things I would change, the tub wouldn't really drain the water pressure wasn't the best and I wish they had soft water. Those are my only changes. The beds are very comfortable rooms are clean and nice. This place has everything, gym, laundry, pool a fantastic breakfast try the make your own waffle (Golden Waffle) that was AMAZING. I do want to mention who ever painted throughout this place gets an A++. Jaime was very friendly and helpful thank you!! I highly recommend this place!!!

This hotel may look nice and updated, but it is extremely dirty. The floors in our room had dirt everywhere. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was mold in the shower. There was coffee pooled in the tray under the coffee maker and spilled all over the counter. There’s a sign at the front desk that says they are short staffed so they are only cleaning every few days. I figured that was for longer stays, but it looks like that is for all checkouts, only cleaning between every three or four guests. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Positive: Tv did not work, no microwave or fridge.we waited on line for waffles and the hotel staff would not refill it by the time we got our turn to get waffles. We waited for 15 minutes to get through the line and staff did not come out when asked for more Negative: Staff was not friendly during stay. The only friendly staff member was the gentleman who checked my husband and I in.

I would have rated this place worse if it wasn't for stevens fantastic and considerate service; he definitely deserves a raise. The key cards barely worked for the rooms and I couldn't get through the back door at all, forcing me to loop around to the front in freezing cold weather. The blankets / sheets may also need replacing because they had a lot of stains. There were also some things floating in the hot tub so it could use more cleaning. These issues need to be addressed by management, but the customer service was good because of Steven.

I mean, we found a damn Meth pipe in our room and management didn't seem overly concerned about it. They didn't even comp the one room where we found this! What if a kid would have found this?!?! 🤬 Terrible management, brought my concern to the front desk and was told they MIGHT give us $15 off the room.........The lady at the front desk tried to make it better by giving me two mini bottles of water and a couple packages of cookies......SMH I didn't even get a call from the GM as requested. It's ok though, corporate will hear about this. Along with the fact that this was supposedly an accessible room which had a lower than required ADA height toilet, no grab bars, and a tub with a shower seat in it.......... Oh also I should mention there was only one towel and wash rag in that room as
