Positive: I liked how attentive the employees were Negative: Yes the hotel had big holes in the walls from what looked like someone punching it. There was structural damage in our room. The ceiling fan only had 2 wooden slits. The fan in the bathroom was ripped off. It wasn't very clean, the shower was dirty

It seems this La Quinta is going through some renovations. Exterior is disgusting, walls were falling apart. Ceiling tiles were falling apart, parking lot is trash. Interior, the lobby is super outdated, run down. However, the room I was given was WAY BETTER than expected. Room was clean, bed sheets were clean, bathroom was clean. Water pressure for the shower could’ve been much stronger, but it’s not. Their breakfast wasn’t appeasing at all, not very many good selections to choose from. Hotel is literally right next to the freeway, which is loud 24/7.

This was an older but relatively clean property. When we arrived, there was no one visibly manning the front desk which iñcluded a sign that said "I am not here right now, please be patient." When I leaned over the desk, I could see that there actually was someone just out of sight. When I got their attention, they were pleasant enough and helped me secure a room. They were also flexible on the size of our dog (right at the maximum weight according to their sign). Our room smelled like a previous pet had urinated in it, but was otherwise okay. Breakfast was sparse with the DIY waffles as the only hot item. The homeless folks just behind the property don't help the feel of the location. Pricing was very reasonable for the area.

Highly suggest you find somewhere else. The hotel has not been kept up… They don’t vacuum the hallways regularly, there not hairdryers in many of the rooms- not extras available. We stayed for five nights and had to ask for towels 4 different days and the room was only cleaned one time because I requested it. We were there for the balloon fiesta, like most of the customers last week. However, the staff seemed completely unprepared. We were told grab and go Breakfast would be ready at 5 AM. It was not. I woke up the front desk, lady on Thursday to request that coffee be made. Lastly, the common areas were dated and not clean.

On arrival there was rubbish on the driveway and the outside bin overflowing. Lobby was simplistic, outdated and old. Stairs and hallway carpet worn and dirty. The room was at least clean, so too bedding and bathroom. Hot reakfast was non existent, choice of waffles, dry bread, packet porridge or boiled eggs (definitely not an option). To top it off they hold $100 bond for 3-5 days for what!!!!! You pay for the room on check-in. Management should be ashamed at the lack of presentation and service. One can understand renovations but the lack of cleanliness in general areas is terrible.
