La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tucson East

I won’t stay there a second time. The room had been cleaned but the space needed repairs. It has been used up. The furniture was in need of replacement, mattresses on last leg, and desks, woodwork, paint needed repaired. The bathroom shower was so old it seemed gross. I didn’t want to be in it. The check-in staff was polite and efficient. We were charged a $100 deposit on top of our room fee. Outside: All rooms exit/enter into or from the parking lot where groups of men are playing music from their car stereos and hanging out- likely after a hard day of work in the heat. I couldn’t hear the music in my room. This place isn’t a cheap stay nor a comfortable one.

A good place too stay when traveling. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel offers breakfast, which was also pretty good. The beds were comfortable I had a good night’s sleep.

Very clean & comfortable rooms/beds. Fair prices IF book thru the front desk. Make sure to ask for the front desk of this hotel and not get transferred to ‘ the reservation desk’ because that will be Expedia and will charge a lot more. And Expedia will have you pay all up front and risk being nonrefundable. The staff are very pleasant. The breakfasts are good and very good coffee. I’d stay here again, definitely. Positive: Breakfast still good throughout the years; location works for me Negative: This hotel should have been renovated at least 20 yrs ago. Room has unpleasant smell; shower and toilet inadequate (barely functions). TV, refrigerator, desk need to be cleaned - full of fingerprints, left-over food, just dirty. Window dirty.

Just go to the Hilton if you book through Expedia, This is a MOTEL, not a hotel, and life experience teaches you what motels are all about. Cheap and for the low income. Exterior look- Outdated and low rent, you know when you pull up, not a lot of care has been given this property. The exterior needs painting and a lot of other things.There is no visible elevator and it is built like a LOW INCOME apartment complex. Parking was fair. Denny's is in the same lot. There is a pool. Interior room look- Dirty room, dingy, and same as the outside. Outlets are LIMITED. I am also afraid of getting bed bugs, but so far so good on that. Room looks like they just gave up on trying. Bathroom- Tub is disgusting, NO BUTTON  to even turn on the shower, it is just GONE! Floor of the tub is dirty with hai
