Customer Reviews
Christy, the front desk manager, was incredibly warm and accommodating. She made me feel truly at home and safe from the moment I arrived. Even though she was clearly busy, she went out of her way to be patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Thank you, Christy, for your kindness and generosity.
Positive: The suite we had was nice, roomy. The bedroom was big; however, there was no chair to sit in for putting on shoes or other items. Negative: No elevator, had to walk on stairs or slanted walks outside to get to our room on 3rd floor, and struggle with the luggage cart was awful. The wind was high and walking with a cane or walker, it is not a place to stay for me. Will never stay there again!!
This is a clean, recently-remodeled motel-style LQ (no interior halls; doors open onto the breezeway). This makes it noisier due to highway noise than other LQs I have stayed at. If noise is a concern, ask for a room not facing I-35. This location requires pet owners to room on the 1st floor only - they do not allow pets in suites and will not give you a suite upgrade even if you are platinum or diamond level. Pet agreement is $25/night and requires no animals on beds or face a hefty fine. Rooms are also very dark with poor lighting. When traveling with a companion, rooms only have one chair so you cannot sit at the table together and have to sit on a bed.
I'm not a fan of external room doors, but this place was perfect for what we needed... Close to I-35 and the place we were going. Check in was quick and easy, she was understanding of my 1st floor, corner room request. After a night out at a Christmas party we didn't want a single thing to do with climbing stairs! Lol...King room was perfect for our stay. Clean and roomy! Would definitely stay again when needed...
This was a business trip for our dogs of Da Boyz Cane Corso who were showing at the Bell County Expo Center. It all started with Kriste at check-in who greeted us with a warm caring smile and a slew of informative information to make our stay was a pleasant one. We also would like to extend a warm thanks to Saily who always had a welcoming smile. We had a downstairs room with tile floors for our pets which was a perfect place for them and was very clean. Most things in the room looked updated and the room smelled good. The parking was good and the surrounding food choices were plentiful. The pool was cleaned daily and the noise level was low. The daily complimentary breakfast was good and fresh. The only complaint we had is the mosquitoes in our room were working in five man teams to bite
