Holiday Inn Express & Suites Temple - Medical Center Area by IHG

When we arrived we were greeted by Marissa who was working at the front desk. Marissa was very professional and she made prioritizing our well-being, and valuing our time by making sure she had a speedy check-in. The Holiday Inn Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the room showed that attention to detail had been applied to it. Hats off to the person or persons that cleaned it. We didn’t try the breakfast however my father in law really enjoyed it as he stayed here prior to me. The overall appearance of the hotel and it grounds were well taken care of and it showed that the Manager and her staff really care about the property.

Pool was not available which led to a lot of disappointed kids, there was a sports competition (which we participated in as well) but the front desk didn't manage the noise levels all evening. It was incredibly loud in the lobby until well past 11 pm. The bed was uncomfortable and we heard the noise of the stairway being used all night because one of the elevators were down too. Just not a good experience this time. We have stayed here previously for this same thing and had a good experience. The breakfast options are pretty good.

What a lovely place to call home. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, I felt like family. Marissa was warm and welcoming from the start, Tonia is wonderful, she helped me find the answers I needed to make my vacation perfect! Miranda was so friendly and what I would classify as the true meaning of southern hospitality. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond to make this place home for me and for so many people. I thank you for EVERYTHING you all do, you all are truly an asset and deserve a raise. I cannot wait to come back!

First location great I can find better food different food lol Second service ok maybe the other are more better but the person I got at the desk just rude unhappy like she hated her job or something. Rooms less then ok paint peeling on walls with restroom being the worse. Food now its ok edible but man change it up this is the first hotel I've stayed in that serve biscuit and gravy every morning I stayed on the hotel for 2 weeks straight in 2 different rooms. I travel for business and I'm gone 200 days out of the year so believ me when I say anything about a hotel. Last the quiet time thing lol is funny because they have it on the the weekend personally I'm out for business the quiet time would make more sense during the week people are to have on the weekends there should not be no quiet

Why do you need a hotel? A clean room, firm bed, hot shower, decent breakfast, and hot coffee. This place has it all. The carpet was clean and not stained. The beds were firm and a selection of pillows. The water for the shower was hot enough and the towel were white. The breakfast changed every day and the coffee was strong and good. The pool was nice but some parents need to get their children to be courtious to others. Good hotel.
