Not to complain, but to explain.If you have another place, you can find, I recommend that the staff was rude. The only reason we stayed here was they I loud pets. After checking in the lady told me if she had known. If I had a dog, she would have put me on the first floor as the upper floors were forgets that were allergic to pets. I told her not to worry that my dog was allergic to most people. Not sure why they would let me check-in. And no one I have a pet, only to ask me what floor I'm on when I took her outside to use restroom. Very outdated I noticed the sink was in the walkway, not in the bathroom the toilet was dirty but we made it 2 days. I'm only saying this for others benefit. If there's another place that you can stay, I recommend that

My husband and I were in town for a Spring Training ball game. From the outside we thought we were going to be golden. The exterior is well kept and very nice. Inside though was another story. The carpets in the hallway were disgustingly stained and dirty. The hallways smelled like old food, mold and dust. The people at the front desk were nice and chatted a lot with one another. We are Wyndham owners and have stayed at many La Quintas without issue. Going to do a bit more research next time. It was almost like some of the people that were staying here actually lived there. Was not a good vibe at all.

FILTHY!! They tell you when you check in to thoroughly review your room when you get upstairs to make sure it’s to your liking (first red flag). We THOROUGHLY checked the room, pulled back the sheets, mattress pads, shower, furniture etc. -apparently we didn’t complete the room check in an acceptable amount of time. When we called downstairs to ask to check out and be refunded they told us it should not have taken 45 minutes to review the room- their policy is 20 minutes for a full refund and they will keep the first night payment of $308. The manager at the front desk acknowledged they did not tell us this policy, but insisted had we called within 20 minutes they would have refunded our full amount. This is a scam they won’t give you the first night back- they take what they can from you

My husband and I were there for a short stay while visiting family. The hotel itself was fine. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. No problems at all… the room was just ok but we knew going in we weren’t staying at a 5 star hotel. Now what I did have a problem with was witnessing some really sketchy activity. A large male walked into and past the front lobby with a small person (not sure if it was an child a women) because they were absolutely covered from head to toe wrapped in different articles of clothing with nothing showing but the eyes. It was the most shocking and distributing thing I have ever seen. The person was clearly drugged or something and the man had (them) by the arm… It happened so fast they immediately got into the elevator and were gone. We did report this to autho
