My husband and I stay every other weekend all over the state of Florida in our coach during the winter months. For the last two years we have been staying on the west coast between Naples and Sarasota. We are both pretty high maintenance when it comes to the places we stay. Our rig is our baby and we have pretty high expectations. Upon checkin, we were greeted by Kelly and her staff. They were extremely helpful and very accommodating. Chris showed us to our site. We were pleasantly surprise to see many other Renegade Super C coaches at the resort. Usually we are the only one. Within minutes my husband of course made new friends and we settled in. My family recently enjoyed a staycation at Palm Beach Motorcoach Resort, a place I’ve admired from the road for years, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I booked my stay, Katie provided fantastic service, making the reservation process smooth and welcoming. Upon arrival, Susan and Stephen went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. Their genuine kindness and eagerness to assist made our check-in experience incredibly warm and personal. The site itself was a true gem—private, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by lush landscaping, which created a serene atmosphere. The amenities were absolutely gorgeous, especially the pool and hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. These people are amazing! We left Sarasota to get away from Milton and had a 2 day reservation, today we decided we wanted to move further south. Katie said we could do absolutely anything and she was happy to help. They allowed us to cancel and refunded us. We will ABSOLUTELY be back, hopefully under better circumstances. We also met the owner last night in the club house, amazing person. Thank you all at PBMCfor taking a little stress out of our life at this moment. Side note, this place is amazingly beautiful, the sites are all impeccable even with preparing for the storm.
