Customer Reviews
Great location for this years events; However, property needs much TLC. Rooms are smallish with double beds, instead of Queens. Exterior needs updating as well as baths. Breakfast was minimal with little selection. Adjacent hotels are much nicer.|But location was everything, 2 exits from Balloon park and great nearby restaurants.
Positive: Location Negative: Website misquoted pet fee. It’s 3 times what was quoted. Hotel isn’t as clean as represented. And they started running vacuum cleaners at 7:30 in the morning. People are still trying to sleep.
I notice some negative reviews, but this is my final of 5 nights here and my experience has been totally positive. First, it was the manager who checked me in, and he was one of the nicest, friendliest people I’ve met. I also met one of his staff who was also very friendly. So positive start. My room is fine! Nice big bed, small fridge, microwave, smart TV, desk, lounge chair, and other things. I notice people comment on cleanliness. My suite was spotless. Yes, there is wear and tear. The hotel could use a facelift, but that takes money. From my experience, the room was clean and comfortable. Even the shower pressure is good. As for security—I experienced nothing troubling. Other guests have been quiet and friendly. I haven’t seen any creeps around. One friendly drunk chasing a roadrunner
This has been the worst experience in my life. The hotel is ok for what you are paying but the experience was horrific. Someone tried to open the door of our room one of the evenings. This person was able to open it, couldn't get in thanks to the latch that you can hook up from the inside that doesn't let the door open all the way. Then this person started banging on the door really hard. Me and my lady were really confused and scared about what was going on. I asked the person what he wanted and he said that he was the front desk attendant. I said anyone can say that so he called from the front desk. I told him that if he wanted to ask something about the room, that he should've called instead of just walking to the room and trying to open the door. He was lucky I wasn't dressed, otherw
We had a terrible and scary stay. My travel partners stayed in a second room. They were asleep and a staff member opened the door unannounced. Fortunately the door lock was active and he was not able to enter the room. He demanded that they move explaining he had assigned them the wrong room . They refused and he left. It was very scary and terrifying. We will never stay at this property again and likely will never stay at a Wyndham property again.
