Positive: The TV and staff, towels were clean, bed was clean. Negative: mattress hard edge scraped my leg. room dimly lit. bedroom floor need vacuuming. outlets turned on/off, sink faucet had black mold coming out. water came out slow. Room needs seriously updated. Shower floor tiles need cleaned. Very noisy. A/C noisy.

When I first showed up I checked the room out and there was one dead bug. So I got nervous that it was going to be a bad experience but I was wrong. The room was very clean afterwards and there was no more bugs. I never saw a single one while I was there. The room was very clean and the service was very prompt. Do be aware that there are some people living in the hotel they're not unseemly people living in the hotel. They're just regular people who have regular jobs. Even some of the state employees are living there. I assume it's because it's cheaper than living in an apartment. I was never bothered. My stuff was never bothered. Easy to get to off 25. Staff very responsive to needs. Our original rooms tv did not work so we received another room. The heat in the new room would not turn off but the staff came right out. Lots of construction going on but the room was clean and the continental breakfast was good

We stayed two nights at La Quinta in Albuquerque, and honestly, it was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. Even the doors looked grimy, and the floor was filthy — after just a few minutes walking around in white socks, they turned black. The bathroom wasn’t much better and felt unhygienic. The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is right next to the highway, and it’s extremely loud all night long. It was impossible to rest or sleep well because you can hear every car passing by, especially early in the morning.
