Customer Reviews
This is our family go to once a year. We have a big potluck clams, crabs. And whatever anybody brings. Steve's the campground host. One of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I always bring him a peanut butter cookie.A big one he likes them.
Across the street is a ship yard staffed by guys that are very proud of showing off the sound of their trucks without mufflers as they arrive for work and circle the parking lot across the street at 5:45 in the morning. Otherwise the park is great. It has a view of farm land from one side but the other three sides are basically an industrial park / docks. So perfect if you plan to rise at 6:00 AM and go out on a boat. If you like to sleep late, you will be up from 5:45 till 6:15 every morning that people are arriving to work or leaving the park to go fishing. It's about a mile to the nice restaurant in town.
We stayed during a time when there was almost nobody here. The self check-in was easy. You pick the size of your spot, pay with a credit card and it prints a receipt with the code for the bathrooms. We didn’t use the showers but they (I believe 3) have private locking doors. The grounds were clean with grass. I especially liked there weren’t so many trees that we were tracking a constant mess inside with us. Oh, the host saw us pull up and immediately came over to answer questions and make sure we didn’t have any problems with the check in process. Very nice guy.
Very clean and quiet RV park in a marina. The location is excellent, only a 10 minute walk to downtown La Conner. A cute little coastal town with shops and restaurants. There was a laundry facility, and bathrooms with showers. They were thoroughly cleaned every day. The sites are a little close together, and the sites don't have picnic tables. There are a few picnic tables around the campground, though. So we just ate our meals at one close to our site. We would definitely come back to this park. The location is perfect, and we loved how quiet it was.
Very basic slot to put your motorhome. No outside area at each spot to hangout. The restrooms and laundry are across the street. Showers were nice, but the really need a curtain and privacy corners inside around dividers. We didn't see anyone, but nobody bothered us.
