La Casa Inn and Suites

Wonderful stay here and bonus breakfast which I wasn't expecting! The rooms look like they were recently completely remodeled and look very nice. The staff here are very friendly. I slept well, will be back when visiting the area again.

I have been traveling since I was 15. Im 55 now and in a wheelchair. This was THE MOST HOSTILE & CORRUPT Hotel I have EVER Stayed in. The smug desk person, Steve, and then the manager Assumed my roommate & her boyfriend were on DNR list. They were NOT. And ALL the handicap accessible rooms were being "renovated" at the Same Time. Apparently as a PAYING hotel guest, ANYONE who comes to your room should give their ID to the desk. I was kicked out after 2nd night, (Charged For 3 Nights!) at 9:30AM because I had 2 deliveries & 2 people Who LIVED in the hotel come to my room. The manager was Actually ANGRY AT ME, Completely UNPROFESSIONAL, Scolding ME like a Child, for "Too Much Traffic to/from my room. Threatened to call the police when I said I needed until 11:30AM. Im homeless and paid for a night here, decided to come back after for 2 nights when a manager told me I could have a discount when its cold out. It was freezing temperatures last night so I booked another room (did the night before too because all my stuff got wet sleeping outside. Got there and told them the manager said I could get a discount if it's cold (when paying for the second night that was cold/paying for a second night). There was no discount, was quoted more expensive than online. Payed online instead and got attitude from the dude behind the counter for not paying in cash (because he didnt give me a discount). They made me move rooms the second day when all I wanted to do was sleep in. They refused to give me a late check out; these people are liars who dont deserve their cust

I don't usually write reviews, but I am writing this so that others can be aware because I wish I was. Came here for a quick weekend stay with family. The entire building reeked of cigarette smoke and we waited about 10mins for someone to finally come and assist us. The lobby was not the most clean or welcoming, no signage to direct where you must go, and overall the place seemed shady. We still wanted give them a chance and see the rooms before giving up. Bad idea, the room was no better. The experience was so horrible upon entry that we walked right out and booked at the Hampton Inn. Could not bare to stay another second. The room had a horrible smell of I don't know what, seeming like it hadn't been cleaned in days, insects roaming around, a broken drawer, a stained mini fridge, and bed

We showed up to the hotel around 5pm yesterday and the gentleman at the counter couldn’t find my reservation, turns out I had accidentally made it for 2026, he was kind enough to cancel that booking for next year and was able to accommodate us for the night fortunately, I just wanted to express my Gratitude to him for doing that for us. The room was very clean and well maintained. I truly appreciate the helpfulness of the staff.
