Fantastic hotel. Quiet, clean and nice rooms. Cleaning service 5 star, bed also. I will choice them next time too. We spent beautiful days here.

Newly refurbished rooms completely! Excellent service from FRONT DESK, All our extra needs were addressed above and beyond. Clos location to water taxi to snywhete on the Inland Wsterway, Convenient to Bakery, convenience store and Resturant all moderately priced excellent service and high quality food on BREAKERS AVE, three blocks eat of LA CASA! Arrival information, very poor. No explanation of where to check in as reception is located in a different hotel. ||After travelling for 14 hours, we could not get into the room because the key card did not work. We encountered lots of guests locked out of their rooms for the same reason and this had been happening for a week. ||There was one reception staff on duty trying to deal with the same problem in all 9 of the hotels that belong to this chain so he was run off his feet trying to help people. ||Other guests were complaining that they had no water for days. This was New Year’s Eve with people unable to shower and locked out of their rooms. I demanded an immediate refund and we had to find last minute alternative accommodation which was incredibly difficult and expensive at 7 pm o
