Ko Olina Fairways

Very good neighborhood and active property management & maintenance. Resort living for sure. The access to various amenities alone is hard to beat. Tennis, complete weight room with free weights and machines, basketball court, special beach parking for residents, pool, hot tub, bbq grills. A permanent vacation spot if you live here🤙🏾

Dad has a place here for about 25 years. Landscape is beautiful and the pool is great. Family and military. Speed bumps are a real pain, literally, running every .1 of a mile. Takes about 10 minutes from the entrance. As the townhomes are at the far end, don't have to deal with tourists. Downside is getting busier by the year. Two more hotels coming in so more traffic and Lesa access.to the lagoons for locals. Some local shopping is convenient but expensive. People living here are not given any priority or deference. Golf cart rules are over the top. Plan on living here more when I retire. Just hope it is livable with all the development going on.

The community center pool area where I held my daughter's birthday was very appropriate and accommodating. The pool was heated, clean and decently sized to fit our guests. Although the limit was 20 people the gazebo that we rented was able to comfortably accommodate our 18 guests and could have possibly future more than 20. Be aware that you must have a sponsor (resident of the Ko'olina fairways community) to rent the area and your sponsor must be there for the duration of the event. The area also has two gas grills, a sink, a small bar area, restrooms, showers and a jacuzzi that you are free to use. Parking is limited to five stalls and one handicap stall. I was quite pleased with the area because the vibe there felt like it was a secret beach or pool escape. It's a hidden gem.

My parents bought a condo at Ko Olina Fairways about 10 years ago as a vacation home. We visit at least once a year. Sometimes we stay out at Ko Olina, other times we just visit for the day and stay on Honolulu. The area has grown so much since they first bought, so we really enjoy seeing what new shops and restaurants are there with each visit. Being so close to the lagoons, and also having access to the pool is wonderful. The grounds are always well maintained. The pool area is always clean. We really enjoy our time at Ko Olina Fairwys.

It is a paradise. Beautiful beyond words. The 4 lagoons make a day at the beach so pleasant. The shopping area has everything so you never need to leave Ko Olina
