Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

My favorite hotel of all time. Amazing setting in Ko Olina right on the beach. Rooms have an amazing view that makes it hard to leave the lanai. Top tier service as expected from Four Seasons. Exceptional call out to Chad at Waterman’s bar - he is one of the friendliest people and so kind, all while making great drinks. Pool was absolutely perfect temperature and has such a gorgeous view. The beach is beautiful and has amazing service. Restaurants are delicious, views are one of a kind, and the staff really makes you feel like family. Definitely our favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. Can’t wait to be back!

This four seasons gets a 9/10. I think it’s a great hotel, but not quite up to typical four seasons standards in my experience. The main spaces in the hotel are pretty good, although could be better and it’s not as high end of a feel as other four seasons. Honestly, it feels pretty dated. The rooms were awesome. We stayed in an oceanfront studio suite and the views were amazing, the room was very spacious and quiet and the housekeeping staff were awesome. The pools were good overall, but the adult pool was the better pool experience by far. The service was a bit mixed, which is unusual for a Four Seasons in my experience. The guys at the entrance were usually friendly, the poolside service was awesome 2/3 days, the omelette guy at the breakfast buffet probably hadn’t had his coffee yet

I highly recommend this hotel. We had an excellent Christmas here. The club lounge access was definitely worth paying for especially with young children as they were up early and we want to get them breakfast. There was also a great selection of snacks and drinks there. The staff who work in the hotel are really friendly and excellent and we never had a bad interaction. The girls in the kids club were lovely too and had plenty of fun activities planned for our children. The location is stunning and although there are lots of pools and slides, and so on, it’s still felt like there was lots to do.Free paddle boarding and snorkeling was an added perk. Our stay at the Four Seasons Ko Olina was outstanding. We had a partial ocean view room with a walk-out balcony that offered an amazing view, and you could hear the sound of the ocean right from the room, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were excellent. While slightly dated, they are very well maintained and fit perfectly with the beach resort aesthetic. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks, a separate stand-up shower, and a bathtub. One thing that impressed us was the attention to detail. Housekeeping noticed that our balcony screen door was slightly off track and arranged for maintenance to fix it without us even mentioning it.
