Knollwood Lodge

If you're looking for a relaxing time by the lake, this is your spot. We went with three older kids and stayed in Cabin #10. We could spend all day at the lake swimming, diving, and using some of the inflatables they have there. We also brought our own paddle boards which were find to use during the week (maybe harder on the weekend with more boats). The owner is incredibly kind and generous and wants this place to be the perfect get away. We hope to come back and maybe bring some more friends and family.

We loved this place. The lake is. Beautiful and the property has full beach access. Includes dock and floating dock plus a fishing area. Beds could use updated mattresses but they were still very cozy. The cabin was a complete house. Furnished.

Beautiful location very close to Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Hot Springs itself is a precious jewel being a part of Hot Spring National Forest. I can't say enough about the tranquility and beauty of Knollwood Lodge, a truly unique and rare find. ||Our cabin could sleep 8 as there are 3 double beds and a sleeper sofa. Kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a large deck with a view of the lake. We traveled as a party of 4 plus 2 dogs. Cold A/C however, even in late August the mornings and evenings are perfect! The cabins are all close to the water but far enough apart that you have privacy to cookout or relax on the deck. ||The covered pier with table and chairs are adjacent to a well appointed playground, beach and lounging area. ||I love this place. This is our second time staying here (we stayed 10 years ago too) and both times we loved it! The cabins are old school and cozy, the lake is a great place to swim and cool off and the people are awesome! Places like this are disappearing rapidly so we hope Philip and family keep this little slice of heaven going. We'll see y'all in 2027!!

What a find! We got so so lucky. We spontaneously decided to go to Hot Springs for Labor Day weekend and I called on Saturday, and there was one cabin left. We had such a great time! Philip. the owner, was so kind and gracious. We had never been to Hot Springs before, and we had such a good time. The weather was perfect. The house has a master bedroom with a king bed, and a secondary bedroom with two smaller beds. The kitchen is large with a full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, etc. The bathroom is accessible with a walk-in shower. We were really close to the lake and took less than a minute to walk there. I would recommend making a trip to Kroger or Walmart before coming if you're planning to stay awhile and do a lot of cooking yourself. There were some basic spices in the cabin
