Knights Inn Salem, OR

I needed a place to get some rest so I looked up some cheap hotels near my area in Salem. Turns out the knights inn was charging $60 plus $100 deposit. I went ahead and got my room only stayed there for about 2 or 3 hours Left that same night. I noticed that my security deposit never came back to my bank account. So I decided to call the owner to let them know. She told me that my security deposit should be reflected on my account in the next couple of days. It has now been over 2 weeks. I don't want to devote a whole lot of time and writing skills to describing this disappointing stay. I purchased a one-night stay for two on Hotwire and landed the Knights Inn. I checked in and was the only customer in the lobby. I silently watched the clerk (proprietor?) muddle through check-in, taking his time, sending me outside in the rain, so that I can provide an exact license plate # (most hotels tell me not to bother when I don't know it by heart). Hotwire guaranteed me a room for two, but did not guarantee a bed-type. When I saw that the room we were provided had two individual beds, I returned to the clerk (proprietor?) and asked for a bed big enough for two. He lied and said he had none. Yesterday we stayed at the Knights Inn without first checking other people's reviews (it was my fault for not doing so, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed there) When we entered, the room didn't smell good, which didn't bother us because we needed to rest. The main lights were out of order, so that didn't stop us from leaving the room. The next day, upon checkout, our $60 deposit wouldn't be returned because they were missing bath towels and hand towels, which hadn't been there in the first place. They don't want to return our deposit due to the lack of those towels, which we didn't even use, and we didn't use them because we brought our own, our personal towels.
