Knights Inn Page

The room and linens were clean. The location was great. We were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner and to the grocery store for snacks. Not to mention, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend were a short drive away. It felt like a safe place to stay and an overall good deal.

Looking for a simple, no-frills stay in Page, we chose Knight Inn. What we got was a masterclass in poor management. The front desk manager has a demeanor that can only be described as cold and dismissive. Fellow guests who politely reported serious room problems were told, point-blank, to "leave and find somewhere else." Problem-solving is not in their vocabulary. The unpredictability extended to every morning. The promised breakfast was a gamble, sometimes gone well before the posted end time, sometimes the entire area was mysteriously locked up, leaving guests confused and waiting past 9 AM. The staff's "spontaneous" approach to their duties means you can't rely on their stated amenities or schedules. The location is right, but the experience is all wrong. Proceed with caution and low

Positive: I loved the location, the generous size of the room and the sweet and helpful staff. Negative: The pool wasn’t quite ready and my door lock malfunctioned everyday making me have to replace our card keys nearly every day!

The location was easy to find, check in was easy, lots of good restaurants around in walking distance, but, the water in the bathroom smelled like sulfur or some other chemical, which was very obnoxious. Could not or would not brush the teeth nor did we take a shower For possible contamination reasons. I checked out one day early, but, was still charged for two days stating that I didn’t check out until the day following which, was not the truth! No refund was provided. Also, the pool is listed as closed for the season, but, I found out it had been in disarray for over a year. It looked horrid and smelled bad too.||Also, the breakfast is basically packaged muffins. The juice machine I was told has not operated for over a year, and the ice machine is labeled out of use also. The maintenance

Rooms are a little outdated. Good location, close to everything. Was disappointed in the breakfast, there was no breakfast. They only had coffee. Had to ask if they had yogurt, she acted like I was putting her out. Don't say you offer breakfast when there wasn't any 🙁
