Knights Inn Orlando

I was in room 116 at first it was all nice and clean no leaks no anything and then they moved me to 121 alarm kept going off l leaks in the roof from upstairs they said they couldn't do anything about it I just have to deal with it and when I did go and tell management he'd blow it off and I got a video of it and everything to show him he just ignored it and wouldn't do anything and then like if you didn't obey by his so-called rules he threatened you with management and the owner and when we went in there the floor was filthy the bathroom floor it's supposed to be white it was dirty black I cleaned it myself was bleach stuff find I had to store for it and when I did it was dirt black they said they cleaned up before I went in there which they did not do and then I'll send you ask him for

Me and my husband frequent here often and we LOVE IT! Nice rooms and the housekeeper Belinda is amazing. The room are spotless! The manager Steve is kind and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this motel. You definitely wont2 regret it.

I had a terrible stay. The room had roaches, and the beds made my skin itch badly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and won’t be returning.

Friendly management and staff. Laundry vending machine parking maid service. Cable and A/C. Security cameras on property safe environment.
