This Trailer home park is wonderful. It’s very clean quiet and there’s good people who actually live here and have for years. Also the management are great. They are really kind and caring. There prices for a spot is pretty fair! I would recommend them.

September 30 2025 Turned absolutely horrible this past year. Had to put up several security cameras. The barking dogs and people parking so close to you while they slam car doors and trailer doors at some of the most ungodly times. I counted 29 times in less than 15 minutes from a new neighbor at 7:30 in the morning and complaining about it, well that gets you nowhere! It's downright disrespectful!!!Been here 5 1/2 yrs and only starting having issues this past year with theft and running around all night, dogs doing their business in your spot and guys running around in girls clothes and they seem to find each other like cockroaches. Once they get in you can't get rid of them. Sad because this was a pretty quiet place. Not anymore!!!!!

So wonderful place to park RV motorhome or trailer. The property is kept very nice and clean and the owners are very kind.

This is where we prefer to park our 5th wheel trailer. Management and owners are very very very kind. This is a very quiet peaceful comfortable area. Anyone that is needing or wanting somewhere to park their 5th wheel and camp out in it I recommend K and K leasing.
