Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nephi, an IHG Hotel

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nephi and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and well stocked, and the overall property felt welcoming and organized. A special thank you to Alice Whiting, the Front Office Manager, for her professionalism and kindness. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. I would also like to recognize Jarred at the front desk for his friendly attitude and excellent customer service. He was helpful, attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great inside and out. Front desk clerk Grace was very helpful and top notch. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Great night sleep. The morning breakfast, hit the spot!! Thank you!!

Hotel is nice and clean. We got the room with a king and pull out sofa. The room has a good amount of space, the beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. They have us extra towels upon request. The bathroom has a nice amount of space to move around in. The shower has good water pressure and nice hot water, there are complementary bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, which are a good size for more than one person to be able to use. Breakfast was very tasty, they had multiple options, a make your own waffle machine and coffee, milk, and juice. There is not a good area for dogs to do their business, but the Flying J next door has a grassy spot in front that does the trick. This is my favorite hotel to stay at while traveling through Utah.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Kyle at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I was experiencing an anxiety attack during check-in, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. Since our stay was a very last-minute decision because of the situation, Kyle went above and beyond to help us get essentials like toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, and a comb. His compassion and professionalism made a stressful moment so much easier, and it meant more than I can express. Thank you for such a positive and caring experience — we truly appreciated it.

Great location while travelling home from Arizona and since the hotel is fairly new it's quite up to date. We had a king room and it was very comfortable, clean and nice bedding. The only thing I didn't like about it was the bathroom was all in one, we prefer the sink/vanity separate when trying to get ready at the same time. The breakfast had probably one of the bigger varieties of hot food that we've seen in our travels back and forth to Arizona. It's definitely on our list to stay at again. And the staff were very friendly!
