Kini Beach Haus Las Olas

I truly wish I could give the host here zero stars. We booked through AirBnB, where it is not stated that you require a phone internet connection to lock/unlock the property. As foreign visitors we will not have that and so, being unable to access the apartment, we asked for a refund. The host refused, provided no reasonable solutions for how we could get in/out and eventually stopped replying to my messages. We eventually had to cancel and lost our entire payment (a substantial amount) - holiday well and truly ruined with no customer care at all. Avoid at all costs!

My wife and I spent the weekend at this place and it exceeded our expectations. The entire process from booking to check-in and out was very smooth. The room was prestine clean and the host very responsive and friendly. The place is in a prime location, 2 minutes away from Las Olas and less than 10 minutes from the beach. No complaints, everything perfect. A+

Wow! Beautiful, clean, spacious. Love the tropical/jungle motif. Location is unbelievable. Steps away from Las Olas Boulevard. We had a wonderful time. Will recommend to everyone

Loved our stay here!!!! The location is amazing and the property is so cute! We sat and had coffee outside one morning and it’s like it’s own little tropical oasis and yet it’s right off of a fantastic shopping and restaurant district. Can’t wait to stay there again!

If you want to stay at the best chic hotel on Las Olas, look no further than Kini Beach Haus. My wife and I had a great stay here and can not recommend it more. Looking forward to our next stay here.
