Kings Road RV Park

Great place to stay! Friendly management. The only complaint is that the parking lot is in need of repairs. Some very large pot holes. And it has rock in the RV spots so if it rains, the mud gets bad and you track it into your RV 😬 If they would keep up with regular maintenance of the RV spots, the mud would be minimal

This is definitely a no frills Rv park, but it is safe and secure. Staff is very friendly and helpful. All sites are covered, with picnic tables. Nice bathrooms!

Do not move here. Do not move to the sister park (Queens Rd). They misrepresent NEC code, and threaten to turn off your electricity in the heat of the summer WITHOUT notice if you don’t comply with the crap they made up. The power goes out regularly, so don’t expect to have AC when it’s 107 degrees out… I suspect the wiring can’t handle it, but I digress. They do look great in pictures and there are some perks, I suppose: -a laundry room. as bonus, washers in said laundry room are also almost always broken, and the dryers will eat your clothes. Nothing like constantly replacing $100 pairs of FR jeans because maintenance can’t figure out how to remove the screws that find their way into the dryers. -a pool Okay actually the pools are alright except they’re only open for MAYBE 3 months

My husband travels for work and We called and asked if we could bring 4 dogs since they have a 2 dog max.. the First Lady we talk to seemed like we could maybe have 3 so we asked for that after they said no to 4 then it was no to 3 which was fine. So we filled out the app and only have 2 dogs with us on our way to the park we called cause we haven't heard anything they said they will not accept bc we had asked for 4 dogs beforehand after we told them we only have 2 and they are more then welcome to check all our things to confirm.. they said no we just won't approve you. So I guess we are in the wrong for asking for permission unlike most who would just do what they want She then calls my husband and says she will review our application after she figured out how long we would stay and

This place would be great if the new manager weren’t biased. The laundry mat is a disgrace; it’s always out of order. We have been targeted from the start. New rules suddenly appear without any prior notice, contradicting the existing policy. The manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She fines customers for trivial matters, drives up to their spot, goes through their personal belongings, and yells at them in front of everyone. This place is run by an uneducated person who knows nothing about business.
