Kimpton Canary Hotel

Picked the Kimpton as it was part of The Edit program with Chase. We were so happy to have found this hotel because we absolutely loved our time there. The room was lovely with a four poster bed and the hotel itself has such character. The staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the food and cocktails and the location downtown was perfect for exploring. My only complaint would be the lack of space in the rooms bathroom as it was a bit tight for two adults, but otherwise we were happy.

A delightful stay --- an excellent small hotel. Everything was outstanding. Room was spacious and well designed (wonderful pillows). Service was excellent and the staff was professional and friendly. Rooftop pool was inviting and peaceful. Fitch & Fork restaurant was creative -- dinner was delicious! Convenient location. If the Canary Hotel is representative of other Kimpton Hotels, I want to stay at them all.

Working with the Kimpton from start to finish was amazing. We toured several venues in Santa Barbara and once we went up to the rooftop, we were sold. It is such a beautiful space and has magnificent views. The event staff were great to work with the entire time especially Olivia Wiley. She is so professional and was on top of all communication and any requests we had. I work in corporate events, so I've worked with hundreds of vendors and the Kimpton certainly lands at the top. The food and service was incredible at the dinner and we had a band, florist, photographer, etc accessing the space all with ease. We loved our time at the Kimpton Canary in Santa Barbara and are so glad they are a Chase Edit property. The property is in excellent condition, the staff were all warm, engaging and helpful and the location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shopping. I also really appreciated how the valets offered to charge our EV and apparently they had a few chargers they could plug into. The on site breakfast was also very nice. Totally impressed!
