Key Inn and Suites

It was a bit difficult getting into the parking lot because of all the traffic off the main road. The room were really nice for as cheap as the room was. Everything look brand new they must have renovated the entire place even the outside was really nice. They have like a courtyard between the rooms and they look really clean. The rooms themselves were completely new. I have to say i am impressed with how nice they are for the price I will definitely stay here again.

Trash. They told me it was quiet, non-smoking, and a nice place. I came from out of town for an exam and wanted to stay in a quiet place to study for my exam the next day. People yelled at each other about adult issues (hint: not kid-friendly), played music during the night, a crazy guy shook my door in the middle of the night, people smoked outside, the shower drain didn't work, the sheets were dirty, and the toilet had pubic hair on it. I wanted to get another hotel but it was too late. Thanks to the loud neighbors, I didn’t get a wink of sleep for that very expensive exam. The lady on the phone said: “she would let her daughter stay there and it was safe and quiet.” I would NEVER let any family or friend stay there. I didn’t feel safe parking my car there or being alone there. I’m 100%

For the price and its location near Santa Ana (John Wayne) Airport and Oak Canyon Park for the Punk in the Park festival, it’s a good choice. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we even enjoyed the pool. Uber Eats delivered to our room quickly, adding to the convenience. Overall, it was a great experience.

Honestly have to say that I did not enjoy my one night stay here. I wish I could leave a better review but after reading other reviews on Google apparently ran into the same two issues other people have complained about before. For starters, my room was not at all clean. In all fairness I can tell someone wiped down the fixtures and my room smelled like heavy cleaner when I entered it but the place is is desperate need of a deep clean or remodel. Walking around on the carpet will cover your feet is dirt so you can’t be barefoot. The carpet near the bathroom was understandable wet but it stunk real bad. The walls were banged up everywhere and the outlets in the room are so overused that they do not work well anymore and struggle to charge electronics. The second issue that I had was that

They’re renovating the place and are in a new location (literally a block away from the original)! After reading the previous reviews, I was a bit nervous but looks like the owner really listened to the people’s feedback because we had an amazing experience in our weeklong stay here! No roaches, no bed bugs, no weird people, daily cleaning service and very quiet neighborhood. Also the shower water temperature and pressure was fantastic. I’d go here again
