Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Tustin Orange County

OK - so this was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Had to stay here for a couple of nights, which extended to 3 which extended to 4 nights - accommodations where I was going just didn't get available on time. So... Usually stay at Residence inn or regular marriott when I travel but this was available and close, so why not? This place is incredible! Very clean, excellent parking, good, hot, free breakfast every morning, and WONDERFUL staff. I asked 3 times if I could keep my room since my plans kept changing - it was no problem for them. They honored the pricing I originally received (even though I kept changing my times nights), beds were new and very comfortable... Everything I could ask for in a very expensive hotel (other than views... the freeway isn't that impressive! lol) I re

I stayed at this property for a 2 week period in December. The rooms and property met my needs as the rooms were clean, room service was regular and the staff top to bottom were incredibly friendly. A big shout out to Pearl who was exemplary in terms of customer service. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed!

Was ok, room and bathroom were great sizes. Comfortable. Gym is basic but better than nothing. Breakfast is ok could do with more fruit. The biggest problem is it’s in the middle of nowhere but it’s decent enough hotel

Positive: "" Negative: There was little to no action on noise complaints. Neighboring guest were very noisy until almost 3am. Nothing was ultimately done about it.

Laura, who works nights at the front desk, was very helpful, professional and courteous! She set the tone for our out of town stay and set the bar very high for other hotels to meet. She even helped select a local favorite restaurant! Thanks Laura. Will surely stay here again. ~Chuck-
