Bel Air Motor Hotel

Came here for Christmas break to visit parents. I felt embarrassed booking this place for my family. The beds were comfortable to sleep in but there's a strange dank about my room. It may have been humidity during the rain. Walls are paper thin. I seem to hear everything. I wasn't sure about the blankets in the drawer as one of them seem hastily put away and may not be washed... There's a small brown smudge on the toilet room wall. I'm not sure how clean the floor is... I ended up checking out early and going elsewhere. Otherwise, great location.

I booked 5 nights and didn’t stay. Both rooms that I was offered had basic safety issues such as a broken access door (slider to shared balcony), no installed working smoke alarm ( found in a dresser drawer along with hangers and dead bugs) and wall air conditioner with black mold on it. When I returned the key, the staff member asked why I wasn’t staying. I let him know my concerns about safety with the smoke alarm, door and air conditioner. He shrugged and gave no reply.

Really bad experience the room was dirty smelled like piss, poop and weed. we only started stay in this piece of garbage because the motel 6 had no rooms available and it was late i regret so much staying in this hotel. we didn’t took a shower because we were afraid to get some infection. We slept with our clothes on. In the morning We wake up as and we check out and 2 hours later get I Got home and as I got undressed to to a shower I noticed that I had a rush in my legs and arms I called to the motel and tell them What happened And they deny everything. Don’t stay in this place you can get something Better with 140 Dollars. for one night. I try to post some pictures of my rush the website don’t allow me to.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I always have a good time, the rooms are clean the price is good and the staff is very friendly they don't bother you and are very attentive nice easy access from different frwys I definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet neighborhood hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Not going to get into why, because it disgusting... and I hate leaving negative comments, but dont want this to happen to anyone else. Their sheets are not hygienic.
