Key By The Sea

We took a tour of the park and we fell in love with it. The management staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The views of the ocean are spectacular. The grounds were neat, well maintained and everyone we encountered seemed very happy and kind. I would definitely want to come back.

Very expensive !!!! my wife and I are looking to be full time RV'rs next year after we retire and are thinking of staying in Florida part of the time. The Florida state is by far the most expensive state I have ever looked at. Unfortunately, we will have to look at South Carlonia or Texas.

This little park sure is changing! Over the years the park has really made some huge difference, from putting in the electric under ground and repaving the roads, the park is looking great. Lots of the owners have started to build new homes and others have remodeled the existing homes. Great affordable option in the Keys!

Very old trailer park in good shape. Lots are owned and some are rented. Usually around $1,000 a month cannot beat the price for a little piece of paradise in the keys

This is our home away from home. We absolutely love it here. Our boat is right out back so we can hop on anytime we want. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. It's peaceful and beautiful here.
