Kernville Inn

First time staying at The Kernville Inn and we were not disappointed! Our room faced the river, had a great porch for drinking coffee and people watching, nice grassy area in front of the porch. The room was quite spacious. Had a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, nice large tv, two chairs and table, great size tv. Bathroom was nice. The shower is a bit small but had great water pressure. The only complaint I have was the a/c unit. It worked very well but it went off and on a lot. Your choice was to either turn it off completely (then the room got very stuffy) or let it run, but it literally would run for maybe 2 mins, go off for two mins, and then repeat. I did mention it to the front desk when we checked out so hopefully that was fixed. But i will definitely stay here again.

Nice little place, conveniently located in the center of town close to all the popular places. Easy check ins, nice pool, rooms are small but have all the amenities of a good room. My only issue is the walls are super thin. My poor neighbors 🤦🏼‍♂️

Stayed at The Kernville Inn several times and everytime Matt & Tambra are the best host. Always welcoming and just a great stay every time. Glad they're back. 🙌🙏

This is an incredibly atmospheric place — quiet, beautiful, modest, and cozy. Everything is very simple, but you just don’t want to leave, you just want to stay here. The rooms are small but well-kept and clean, with amazing views. Everything you need is nearby: bars, karaoke, and restaurants. The pizza is excellent. This place feels like a little piece of paradise.

This motel is situated perfectly. It is central to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The location is easy to find, off the main road, but is still in a quiet location. The river and a park are literally across the street from the motel. The staff is welcoming and efficient. My rooms have been clean and well equipped when I have stayed there. I have encountered no troubles. The rooms have coffee makers that make small pots of coffee, rather than single cups at a time. It is an older property, but the facilities are well maintained and the age of the buildings match the town.
