Corral Creek Lodge

This lodge was perfect! It was clean and spacious and exactly what we needed for a last minute check in. Tina, who checked us in, was extremely friendly and helped point us to an eatery in town, which was amazing! The room had a kitchenette and an amazing view out the window! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for comfort in the area.

Once in a while you find a place that's off the beaten path that does everything just right. It doesn't have to fancy or even the nicest amenities, but something about it has that homey and unique vibe.||That's what we found at the Corral Creek Lodge on our recent trip to Kernville. We needed a place to stay for whitewater rafting on the Lower Kern River, and having waited until May to decide that was what we were going to do, there weren't as many options. Needless to say, my wife and the other family went with us weren't so sure about a place that was a 13 minute drive (about 7 miles) outside any civilization.||But upon our arrival, Tina made any concerns go away. Excellent location and the room was very clean and spacious with a kitchenette. Management is very friendly and accommodating. Outside of town too, so it's really peaceful and we saw deer out the back window in the morning. Please note if you are a light sleeper to get the ear plugs provided at the front desk because this is an older property (very well kept) but the walls are thin. They worked perfectly for me!

Had such a fun time here! They were super sweet and very welcoming! Helped with everything we needed and was super approachable! Would definitely book again!
