Kelly Inn & Suites

We stayed in the suite. Wow, beautiful. The room was clean, bed was comfy, air conditioner worked really well. The hot tub was really nice. The water pressure in the shower was lacking. Breakfast was fine. It did not smell. It was on the 3rd floor.

I rented the suit for my wife's birthday. Realy wanted her to be able to relax by the fireplace. The fireplace didn't work when we got there and the young lady behind the desk was no help. We drove an hour to get there for a relaxing night and God forbid for 250$ a night she was gonna get her fireplace so I worked on it for 2 hours and finally got it to work. There was water damage on the ceiling and wall and candy wrappers under the bed. Needless to say we won't go back for the lack of service and the price

Nice lobby, smells great when you walk in. We were on the 3rd floor. It smelled a bit weird when you exited the elevator. The room was comfy, but nothing special. Cute, kitschy decor. Eggs at breakfast were terrible. Wet and yick but lots of cereal, bread, waffle type options. Stuck with yogurt personally.

Not the best but not the worst hotel for a night. They allowed our 3 dogs, 5 little kids and my wife and I to stay in one room which is nice since a lot of hotels make you get a second room. There is also no pet fee. I will say the whole hotel is kind of dirty, there is trash in the hallway and on the stairs. There was a smell when we got into the room but it did go away shortly after being in the room. From the little we have interacted with the staff they have been very nice. We had some damage in the room (not done by us) and they offered to swap us rooms if we wanted. If you are just passing through swith pets or little kids I'd tell you this isn't a bad place to spend the night.

The Good, Bad & The Ugly... The Good: Great Customer Service and they also accept dogs & cats at no extra charge. The Bad: This place is FILTHY, I mean FILTHY. Absolutely disgusting. Dust mites are a real thing. I was itching for hours. Obviously they don't dust, vacume or clean the rooms. The Ugly: The mold and humidity is off the charts. If you have lung issues, don't stay. I don't think they have steam cleaned their soft stuffed furniture since it opened. Do not sit in them. The cleaning team found more time to sit around and play on the furniture and their phones than clean. Either the GM doesn't care, or doesn't know the job or the owner could care less about a clean, well managed hotel. I traveled from Washington state to Ohio. This was by FAR The Worst place we stayed. Mold on
